- MAMallorie AdamsNov 9, 20255.0We came to Pizza Hut today after our Emmaus Closing. We had a wonderful experience. Bella (Isabella) was our waitress. She was so kind and friendly. It was chaos as pizza but was packed and they didn’t have any forks. She was so apologetic. It wasn’t her fault, but she held it together and was graceful the whole time we were there. She needs a raise in pay. She had wonderful leadership skills to handle an uncomfortable situation. Bella, thank you! You’re an asset to this Pizza Hut.

- SWStephanie WalcottJul 22, 20252.0I called my order in to pick it up on my way out of town. I tried to order a personal pan for my kid and the lady said they didn’t have a personal pan. So I ordered a small and she said they didn’t have a small. She said the smallest they had was a medium. (Call me crazy but doesn’t it take more ingredients to make a medium than a small or personal pan?) I said fine and ordered the medium. Fast forward… I drive up to the drive thru. I tell them I had a call in order for “my name.” They took a minute but handed me my pizza and said have a nice day and then walked away from the window. I still had my card in my hand hanging out the window. A few minutes later, they came back and asked what pizza I needed. I told them I had my pizza but needed to pay. They were confused and asked for my pizza back. I handed them my pizza through the window and my card. They charged me and $15 later I finally drove away. Definitely not the best experience. I could’ve driven away with a free pizza that was overpriced. Especially since I only wanted a personal pan.
