  All the workers I met here have been so sweet, and have given me amazing recommendations. Especially Gabby! I’ll literally drive out of my way to come here.

  No welcome as we walked in, other TSCafes have. Inappropriate music playing loudly, cashier on phone with earphone wires in doesn't even look up to see we are ready to order, and the coworkers pants were sagging so low we could see his whole behind. I placed my order and child's friend placed hers. When we got the drinks they were incorrectly labeled with no names on them and they had to figure out whose was who's. The taste of the smoothies were mid. We Waited almost an additional 10min waiting for the wrap we ordered, come to find out it was just sitting on the counter. No announcement that it was ready for pick up. As we left, no "thank you for visiting" or "have a good day". 🤷🏽‍♀️

  I gave this place a try despite the negative reviews and you should too. Acai bowl was delicious, workers were friendly, and the music was good. I will definitely return.

  Night time is horrible especially the staff. If they don’t have a bad attitude they close early, or tell me they are not serving food. Or always out of everything but when I come in the morning they have everything I was told the night before that they didn’t. Idk why it’s not more people like in the day. At night people move slow, orders made not to standard. Staff looks and acts clueless. The dark skinned girl there this evening act as if it was a bother to take care of customers and I have no idea what’s going on with the management at night. I will be leaving reviews on all websites and tell all my friends stop coming to this location specifically at night. Don’t understand how I come during lunch rush and wait less time than when I come at night and it’s not even that busy. If things do not change this location will be shut down soon!!!!!!!! And it will be nobody’s fault but the owners for keeping horrible staff

  Although I love tropical smoothie but this Location always gives me problems. Customer service isn’t the best, and they are very slow. I placed an order online at 7:58 pm and arrived to the restaurant at 8:14. The young lady came to the window and told me they were in the process of cleaning and didn’t see my order on the screen. I understand that they close at 9 o’clock but that shouldn’t stop them from expecting orders. The young lady opened the drive through window with an attitude rolled her eyes and handed me my food about 8 minutes later as if I was an inconvenience. She did not say have a good day or anything or apologize for the wait. Her attitude was very nasty. I also purchased corn WHICH is extra but they didn’t notify me that they were out, instead she placed a bag of chips in my bag without asking me what kind I wanted . I tried to go inside but the door was locked before closing time. This happened on Tuesday night 10/21/2025
