    I had a very bad experience. We ordered food through the drive-thru, and the employee who was working at 8:25 at night spoke to us very rudely. He wanted to give us what he wanted. I asked for cheese and sour cream on the side because my wife is allergic, and he said, “If she’s allergic, she’s not going to get it.” I pay for my food, not for him to decide for me and not give it to me. Then he kept speaking very disrespectfully, and I canceled the number one taco order because the bad treatment made me lose my appetite. We continued with the other orders, and then he said vulgar words, like “This isn’t for crap,” which is used vulgarly like “stupid stuff,” and he was yelling. After that, the lady was even worse and very disrespectful. We are loyal customers, and today they lost customers. We will also tell people we know about the bad treatment we received, something we have never experienced anywhere else. What humiliation they put us through. The guy at the drive-thru window was light-skinned, with a brown beard, and very rude.”

    Waited in the drive-thru line for over half an hour, because their speaker was broken, only to get to the window and find out they were out of what I wanted to order. Worst Taco Bell ever.
