- ASAye I'm Sam2 days ago3.0I had the Italian beef sandwich with peppers and it was tasty and filling. I had onion rings instead of fries and they were so so. There was an aftertaste to the onion rings that I didn't care for. Placing the order was a little complicated be cause I had to drive away from the menu, around to a person who had difficulty hearing me and I ended up short one drink. The lady was very nice and gave me the missing drink, although she said I wasn't charged for it. That was very nice. I was shocked that there was no ketchup provided. I will never understand why people serve fries and don't provide ketchup, but that's just my personal peeve. All in all, if I was in the area and had a taste for it, I would go again, but I doubt I'd make a 30 minute drive just for it like I did last night.

I got mine dipped in gravy, you can get it dry, with extra gravy or dipped....I went with dipped and it was very good....Don't like a mess so I ate it wit' a knife and fork and I left very happy! The fries are very good, crisp and salty. I may not be able to come and not get the Italian Beef...it was that good. Lots of oil and gas memorabilia which I like....no Phillips 66 though. I got it wit' hot peppers on the side. Yum.

I also got a dipping sauce on the side that I think had Olive oil & Italian herbs in it, which made it very tasty. The cheese sauce was a little thicker than I like it & needed a little salt which I added. I added both the dipping sauce & cheese 2 the sandwich. The sandwich was served hot & tasted very good. The crinkle fries were also served hot & the right amt of crunch & salt. Would I come here again ? YES ! ! !

I called the restaurant immediately and the young lady who assisted me was very pleasant and rectified the situation. I will be back (I had some cheddar in the fridge thank heavens besides missing the cheese the foods taste was there).This is a restaurant I’ve been eating since, well all my life I’m 36. Just to have it here in Texas makes me happy. If your unsure of what to order from this restaurant try the beef and cheddar with hot and sweet peppers orrrrr Italian beef DIPPED with hot and sweet peppers orrrrr a hotdog everything on it orrrrrr a salad and never forget a cake shake or chocolate cake.

The drive thru was super convenient. Customer service was excellent. Very sweet kind young ladies assisted me with my order. The French fries were pretty nice. Crunchy and a good serving size for a small. The Chicago style dog was pretty mediocre. I’ve never had a Chicago style dog but the taste wasn’t striking or rememberable. I tried it with all the toppings included except th pickle spear. It was 3.5/5 stars. I’ll be back to try the chopped salad or sandwich. Probably won’t order the hotdog again. Please stop by and support our local businesses so we can get more variety like this restaurant.
