  Honestly, been looking first to stopping here for awhile and it was a weird experience. Drive through service was an excruciating wait. Didn't take our order until we got to the window although friendly enough when they did. We ordered the hot dogs and they were soggy from all the random vegetables by the time I got home less than ten minutes later. Relish color is unsettling, don't know what the little peppers were on the dog. Definitely not my style although the meat was good. Unsweet tea was basically sweet tea. Onion rings and fries were good. Will have to try the burger or beef sandwich, hot dogs are kind of a miss. $26 for 4 hot dogs, two onion rings and a drink was a bit much with the extended wait. Solid 3 stars for now

  Had a wonderful time at Portillo’s Stafford! The food was great and the atmosphere and music were amazing! Such a fun blast from the past. It was our first time and the staff were so helpful and fun in how they called you for your order! They even made recommendations for our next visit! We will definitely be back. Thank yall so much!

  DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I placed an order online on doordash. It’s been 50 minutes for just a polish and fries! Still not ready! This place needs to honestly close down. Never order again. They even lied on my doordash driver when they’ve been waiting super long themselves.

  My favorite place to get a Chicago style hot dog and the best slice of chocolate cake .. the atmosphere is amazing. They play the best music. The staff there are so friendly. Definitely is my once a week place to go .. sincerely a happy customer .. get them a try you won’t be disappointed

  Look I genuinely enjoy this place. But if you need to come here to get your food in a fast hurry, this place is not it. They will literally have you sitting on the side of the building for like 10 or 15 minutes without anyone even speaking to you. They have a drive-through with a speaker, but all they do is tell you to pull up to the double doors whenever you’re ready to order. Then you sit behind four or five cars that are waiting on their order so you don’t even have a chance to make your order like they’re working on it. You just have to sit there and wait for the lady to come up to you. After waiting 16 minutes I could no longer wait today. This place makes it harder and harder to choose.
