  If you love hotdogs, beef sandwiches & amazing chicken sandwiches.. don’t come here, seriously. hot dogs? more like not dogs.. beef? that’s what you want to call it? i’ve been catfished before so I know what i’m talking about. that chicken sandwich? McDonald’s could’ve smoked y’all on a bad day. Service was nice though.. well it was on a computer screen, so anyway, yeah.

  I was in the area and needed a snack before shopping & decided to try this new restaurant that Ive sen before on TikTok. Xenaia who was working the drive through was soo helpful, patient, sweet and steered me the right way for my order. She even upsold me on the onions rings. She was right theyre really good! Chicken tenders 4.5/5 Small fry 3.5/5 - they were cold Onion rings 5/5 Cheese sauce 4/5 Spent $14, would return when in the area again.

  They don’t open on time. Finally get let in, screens off - ask for them to be turned on so we can order as we want to make changes to the orders and it’s not correct when you order at the counter, an angry female staff member says ‘you can come up to the counter.’ No. Stop being so bitter you have to do your jobs. Then the passive aggressive employee who had watched us waiting said “have a great day!” As we walked out. What a joke. Never again. I’ve never had a bad experience at a portillo’s until this location.

  Went thru the drive-thru and that experience was great. Order a few things, no problem with that, but I had ordered a Caesar salad and when we got home, found the salad has brown lettuce and it looked like it had been frozen and defrosted. If I had been in the restaurant, would have returned it, instead threw it away. Will not be ordering that again. When going through a drive-thru, always check your food.

  Im so disappointed. Ive gone to the location in Richmond several times over and was super excited about the one opening in stafford. Ive come here once and was not surprised everything was fresh because it had just opened. This time, im so sad to see this quality plummet the way it has. The bread was overly soggy like it had been sitting. The meat? it tasted like whatever it was cooked with wasnt washed properly or something(how can you make meat taste watery??). Fries? Somehow so salty theyre not edible. The only decent thing was the peppers being spicy. A complete waste of money. Consider this my last time coming.
