No mayo/mustard, and topings on the side. When I received my order, the burger had mustard and tomato and no cheese. Manager had the order re-made. This time, the burger had a glob of cheddar cheese, not American. The fries were salty and overly seasoned. I told the manager and her reply was that she was sorry and would speak to the cook.

I waited and waited and nothing, so I had to eat my soup before it got too cold. Then we got our food (by a different waiter). My friend's steak was not that great (steak connoisseur). Waited for refills and our waiter was still missing.... Table behind us were looking for him as well. Then there he was, at the other side of the bar talking to a girl. We finished our food and there he was still doing his moves on that poor young soul. We had to ask a different waiter to bring us refills and he did. I've never seen this awful service in Outback before.... Maybe he is new? Who knows. But for the time being, I'll definitely be taking my business to a different Outback than this one. Also, what's with the garbage and food thrown in the parking lot? Mostly comes from the fast food place next to them. I just don't understand how this parking lot is dirty.
