It was a few days before the end of their holiday break, and Kandys made it happened. In less than 2 mins, Kandys reached out to the sales manager and Mike accommodated the request of these boys. They got to bowl, laser tag, arcade and play pool. The end of their Christmas break was made more fun because of these Main Event Stafford crew. Thank you also to Brookie, Nini and John that helped us have a great time. ###happyparents

Back then it was always packed, the service was actually good, and you could easily get a bowling lane or do other activities without jumping through hoops. Now? The prices are absolutely insane, and apparently you can’t even just use the arcade anymore without being forced into some overpriced nonsense. The customer service was painfully slow and completely unhelpful. No one could clearly explain the options, and it felt like the staff didn’t even know what they were doing. What used to be a fun, busy place is now just overpriced, confusing, and poorly run. Honestly disappointing.

I was thinking that bowling would be a fun, reasonably priced activity, but I was proven wrong. Like no food, no drink, no game card... Just $60+ for shoes and a lane! I don't even make $60/hr but bowling lanes do!

A highlight was how great our customer service was from Yasmine at the ice cream bar! Me and my friends were being all chatty and kind of changing our order in the middle of it, & she never made a face, a fuss, or told us to hurry with how slow we were being lol. Definitely recommend going!

From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made sure our drinks stayed full, our food came out just right, and that we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Kae’s positive attitude, patience, and genuine care for our experience really stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable. Customer service like hers makes all the difference, and she truly went above and beyond. Main Event was fun, lively, and well run, but Kae absolutely took the experience to the next level. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our waitress again! 👏🏽✨
