  We visited Main Event recently and had the pleasure of being helped by the sweetest employee named Keivia. She was attentive, professional, and so warm in her approach. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and it truly stood out. Customer service like that makes all the difference. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable!

  I had an amazing time at Main Event thanks to Keivia! She was super friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly for us. From the moment we arrived, she had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great time, and Keivia definitely did that. Her customer service was outstanding and she went above and beyond. Because of her, our visit was even better than expected. Thank you, Keivia!

  Worst bday ever Held my son's 5th birthday here on a Sunday. Chose a Sunday at 2:30, purely on the fact that it's a less busy day. Host was difficult to find half the time. Service at the bar was impossible. They were OVER CROWDED. Apparently, they were hosting a 90 kid birthday. Had I known that I would have never chose to have my son's birthday on that day. Seems that birthday was over powering on other kids birthdays. There was no one at the front to direct guests. When bowling was over, they didn't even have food ready. It felt like I was constantly waiting. I was over stimulated, underserved, and didn't feel like we were made a priority. At the end of it, they rushed us out, and my husband tipped $25 and the host came back asking my husband to rewrite the tip... nope. You can get what we're giving. Also, there was a huge argument at bar because people were waiting 20minutes to be served. Never again. Highly discourage a birthday party here. Might be ok if you're a teeny bopper or adult. I'll stick to home birthdays from now on. I guess you get what you pay for...

  I had such a great experience at Main Event thanks to Kae. She was extremely nice, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She made everything easy and stress free, answered all of our questions with patience, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Great customer service like that really makes a difference. Thank you, Kae, for making our visit even better. We will definitely be back.

  I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the birthday party experience during our Sunday reservation. This was a very special occasion, as my daughter was celebrating her 13th birthday, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. From the start, the event was extremely disorganized. The planned schedule and arrangements were repeatedly changed up until the last minute, which caused significant confusion and stress for our group. Nothing was prepared as originally discussed, and the overall timeline for food and drinks was handled very poorly. Given the amount of money we paid for this service, the level of execution was unacceptable and did not meet the standards we anticipated from Main Event. I also need to address the behavior of a staff member named Alice. From the moment we interacted with her, she was rude and unprofessional, which significantly added to our frustration and negatively impacted the overall experience. The only positive aspect of this event was Noraya, who was respectful, helpful, and genuinely tried her best to support us despite the situation. Her efforts did not go unnoticed and are appreciated. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience fell far short of what was promised for such an important milestone celebration.
