  Had an awesome experience at Lazy Dog thanks to Gabby. She was so sweet, attentive, and just made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. She checked on us at the perfect times, kept everything running smoothly, and had such a great attitude the whole night. She also recommended the Fireside Combo, and it was so good definitely one of my new favorite things on the menu. I’m glad we listened to her because it made the meal even better. Overall, Gabby was a 5-star server. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. If you go to Lazy Dog, ask for her she made the whole experience amazing.

  Lazy Dog has such an amazing atmosphere—it’s cozy, welcoming, and perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The staff were awesome, attentive, and really added to the great vibe of the place. I truly loved the environment and the service. As for the food, I tried the sushi and Alfredo pasta. Both dishes were okay, but nothing that really stood out—they felt like something I could’ve made at home. While the flavors weren’t bad, they didn’t quite match the elevated feel of the restaurant’s atmosphere. Overall, I’d definitely come back for the ambiance and the wonderful staff, but I’d love to see the food step up to match the Incredible setting.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Lazy Dog thanks to our server, Gabby! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Her energy was warm, friendly, and genuinely uplifting. She checked on us at the perfect times, always making sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed or interrupted. Gabby was incredibly attentive, patient, and so knowledgeable about the menu. She gave great recommendations and you could really tell she takes pride in her job. Her positive attitude honestly made our whole visit so much better. It’s rare to find a server who puts that much care and effort into making your experience special, but Gabby truly did. Because of her, we will absolutely be returning. If you go to Lazy Dog, ask forGabby, you won’t regret it!

  First off, not a hot dog in sight. Not sure the story behind the name or why this restaurant is considered American food but the unique plate options will definitely have me coming back for more. Great, relaxing, cabin style atmosphere. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We placed an order not realizing it contained an alergen we couldn't eat and they quickly made it right. Thank you to the manager as well for treating us to a free appetizer and a desert coupon for being first time guest. We stopped by just to try something different, but when words gets around I believe clients will be returning for something new and delicious. If there was an award for best new concept or eatery this place would get top honors in my opinion. Looking forward to the next visit. Tip:Get the warm buttercake dessert, thank me later.

  Long story short, this place is amazing and underrated. We came around 9pm on a Saturday night. While every other restaurant in Stafford still had wait times (if they were open), Lazy Dog surprisingly had a parking lot that wasn’t packed. Upon opening the menu while sitting in the car deciding where we are going to eat, I saw pictures of two appetizers that I wanted to try and made the executive decision that my friends and I would eat here. We were greeted and sat immediately, and was promptly greeted by our server, Mikayla. Mikayla was super friendly and gave awesome recommendations aside from what was highlighted as popular by other patrons. We ended up with an appetizer trio consisting of feta hot honey dip, fried deviled eggs, and tikka meatballs. All were so good but we ended up adding bacon candy to the appetizers as well. We had mentioned to Mikayla that it was our first time dining in and after our appetizers arrived, the manager Scott came to our table to greet us and even provided us with another complimentary appetizer. For entrees our table ordered fried chicken dinner, fish and chips, and sweet & spicy ribs. The menu had a variety of foods from different regions of the planet, and while they all sounded amazing, the comfort food was what this night needed. Everything was fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, we were so excited to try everything that we didn’t remember to snap pictures. Luckily for you, the menu online has pictures of every dish they make, and what came to the table was presented exactly how it is online. This place truly is a hidden gem. I can tell when all the employees are smiling, the manager is greeting all the customers, and everything was running efficiently and smoothly. Whether or not it was chaotic behind the scenes, Lazy Dog provided us with a welcoming atmosphere, clean bathrooms, friendly employees, and overall just good vibes. And with as much as we ordered and had to box up, the check was well under what I anticipated we would pay. My friends and I will definitely be coming back— if you decide to try this place out (and you better!), ask for Mikayla. She was very attentive and served us with good energy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
