And as a fast food service employee myself, honestly… i’ve never been somewhere with such disappointing customer service and food, and It’s baffling because it wasn’t even busy. When we went through the line, there was MAYBE 6 people including me and my boyfriend. The employees were visibly rushing EVERYONE’s orders, throwing around food, and just overall being rude to everybody in line. My boyfriend and I ordered our bowls, and our server was rushing through the entire thing and being very dismissive; one girl had her airpods in… they kept putting the wrong thing on the wrong bowl even though our bowls were right in front of us! It just was giving that they only cared about getting the orders out as fast as possible rather than a good customer experience. It’s very very upsetting, coming from a food service worker myself. I’ve never once given my customer a rude experience due to lack of care. Even if it’s a busy day, such as the day before thanksgiving, there should still be some sort of care for the job. And that’s all we were getting at this Chipotle. Management needs to enforce better attitude, or maybe this location is just a breeding ground for degeneracy. Oh also, everything was crazy salty for some reason. Please do better.
