  It’s a hit or miss at this location. Chipotle itself is very nice establishment but some places lack good leadership. Good customer service at corporate though. Very good response. I like the food choice and the food establishment.

  We usually eat here countless times and we know this place is rude let alone when they were going to roll our burrito my girlfriend stated she didnt want a ball burrito the girl who's hispanic with red lipstick had a very ugly attitude and said this is how she does it rolled her eyes and slammed my girlfriends burrito in the basket to dine in the night shift manager I believe is the bigger guy he was in between her and the cashier so he saw it happen + the hispanic cashier and stood silent both brushing it off that alone made us not want to order anymore and then when she wrapped my burrito it was inedible because once I tried to eat it all the sauce fell out come on would you want to eat your burrito with a mess ?!! We won't be coming back

  I avoid this location even though its the closest to me in my area - The staff are super rude every time I (used to) go. I've seen them snickering at people's orders when a bit extra is asked for and them just being dismissive and super rude. I get that working in a customer facing role is super difficult, but you can at least pretend you don't hate your customer's guts.

  Food is pretty decent and waits aren't usually that bad. I keep getting charged extra for items I don't order though and you can see how they get stingy on some orders lol. Both of these were ordered at the same time last Friday.

  Today at 10pm on october 20, i came to eat and i went in to order. There was a lady who i think was the manager, who not only treated me very bad with such an ugly attitude but also she gave me the smallest portion of steak. After i had asked for a little more because the portion was very clearly not a normal one she have me an attitude because i asked and then she over charged me. I paid 21 dollars when i pay regular of 12-13 dollars. She was also came of as racist when i spoke to get in english and then she spoke Spanish when she gave me an attuide and then when i responded in Spanish she acted as if she didn’t understand. It was overall a terrible experience, she was rude, racist, and simply didn’t want to serve me my food and I ended up paying double.
