  Stafford Location- we came to have dinner. I noticed the salad dressing container was empty I asked the young lady in the front line which was rude if there was any more dressing which she replied yes. I proceed to order my salad. When I noticed there is no dressing in my bag. I request my dressing to the manager, which she replied very rude, no there is none. I tell her that the young lady said there was some, with an attitude says well there is none and there is nothing she can do about it. I say well can I switch my salad for a bowl, in which she says well throw it away and get back in line. I ask her for her name and she replies with I can not give that to you. Then she asks the young lady in the food line if she had said there was salad dressing and she says she did. I did get the salad dressing, when she handed it over she didn’t even apologize or even look at us. As management you would think she would have better customer service. The whole experience was horrible!

  I don’t like it when the container of rice and beans is almost empty and instead of them getting a new container, they just scrape the almost empty container and give you a small portion. Also in this particular location, it seems like they have the AC as cold as possible to keep customers from eating inside so it’s less clean up for them. They also don’t ask you if took want to dine in or take to go, they just put it in a Togo bag, which seems wasteful, and again less work for them

  I am at Chipotle in Stafford, TX 77477, and I just purchased my dinner. I made a suggestion to the manager that they are serving very small portions, and her response was extremely rude. The least a customer deserves is respect, and you don’t even receive that at this location. I would really appreciate it if you could review the security cameras and see the way customers are being treated by this woman. She is extremely rude, and I cannot believe she is working in customer service. If she does not know how to respect people or provide proper customer service, then she should not be working in this position. Please review the cameras for February 9, 2025 at 6:45 PM please!!!

  I came in there today and got a burrito and a bowl. Definitely satisfied with both, the food, quantity and quality is pretty great, nothing to complain about and the inside was pretty clean and quiet too.

  Why is it so cold in here all the time? Look, I’m a Texan and like it cold but it’s like 60 degrees inside. And it’s been like this for at least the last year. Seriously, I’ve never been in a colder place than this.
