  Ordered from this nasty establishment from door dash and waited 3 hours to get a plate of food that has small pieces of rice and few pieces of dry stake. Customer service 0, the charged me 30$ and the food is trash like who ever made it

  This place is the bomb! I was a bit scared from the variety of option on the menu but the manager educated me on some of the items which made it easier for me to decide. Great team and environment, definitely coming back soon!

  For as much as we're paying, making the bowls look more like the pictures and filling them should not require an extra charge. Also, attempting to ridicule the person that asked that Cava do better with their portions, didn't sit well with me either. I love this kind of food, but I doubt I'll be back. Maybe another location treats their customers better

  Visited on a day where CAVA would not be a number one choice to eat, so the atmosphere was empty (yeah!). There wasn't much of a line and shy of one person with multiple orders, they still moved pretty quickly to get in and out within 5 minutes. The food portions were fine for me personally, but not for my budget, financially. Regardless, I chose a named steak bowl and it was flavorful, my greens were still crunchy even though I consumed my food almost 30 minutes later. Shy of the fat on 30% of the steak bites, it was enjoyable. This is my 2nd time eating at CAVA and for the Medi-style alternate to Chipotle, I'll choose it every time.

  I ordered a kids plate I had a small amount.of Broccoli and Kale mix ON the plate I paid for my. Meal.and noticed a extra charge for the salad. I was told by Jenellie that you.had extra side after the fact So I asked Jenellie to remove the extra. FEE. She displaced a SMIRK and A attitude as she asked to.remove THE CHARGE While doing so the salad was disposed like I caused a major.issue The professionalism was a double negative ZERO. As a manager customer is your BASE Encounters as such question dining out.
