  Slowest place. Lady was ordering for multiple people in front of me and it took 3 employees. Finally got to order but still don’t have my food. Been here 30 minutes. Guys behind me are almost done eating even though they have been listening to loud videos on their phones

  The gentlement who took our order at the front counter did lovely. It was when we went back to get ice cream the experience lessened. The I hope not the manager but the person one window was a lady she has a attitude in her voice. Which is okay we ordered our ice cream anyway. Whenever we were waiting on our ice cream it got to us melted. I ordered mine with marshmallows there was none added even though the front of house guest who gave us the food asked the BOH person if there was marshmallows and she proceeded to say yes. When there was not. In the beginning it was fine but after receiving our ice cream thats when are experienced decreased.

  They gave me a frozen banana split. All the fruit toppings were little balls of ice that melted and turned it into the most watery bland banana split. I mentioned it to the gentleman behind the counter and he just shrugged me off.

  I came through the drive-through. The food was amazing. My ice cream was amazing. I advise anybody come to this Dairy Queen and get food it is gonna make you slap your mama in the face, but don’t bring your mama because they’re gonna make you wanna slap your mom in the face that’s how good it was

  Ordered peanut buster parfaits - menu said 4.69 or 4.89 but were charged 5.49 each and when we asked about it, we were just told the price had increased and just menu needed to be changed. They could have told us that when we ordered, right? Our parfaits were a mess when brought to the table - topped full of peanuts on top and when we took off the top to eat it, half of them fell off on to the table. The ice cream was completely melty the entire time we ate it. Maybe the hot fudge was too hot, but I’ve eaten this every so often since I was a kid and it’s never been a mess like that.
