- SSSuleymaApr 12, 20261.0The service provided by Jennifer on 04/12 at 5:59 was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. I was standing and waiting for an employee to step out from the back so that sides could be added onto my bowl. Caught completely off guard when she stepped up aggressively and sour. I was immediately talked down to, every time I would try to speak up to say what I would like added onto my bowl. While I was waiting for Jennifer to come to the register- she asked if there was anything else and I replied back to her if she could add a fountain drink. She asked again anything else with a harsh demeanor and tone and instead I shook my head and she raised her voice and said again “hello!? anything else?” Even though I had stated a fountain drink but because of her being dismissive she forgotten to provide me my cup and it turn into a back and forth arguing altercation after, I asked her if she was okay? This an employee should not be allowed to serve others regardless of having a bad day or week and then take it out on people coming in, just for food.
