They act like you’re supposed to know which windows close and which are open when ONE window is literally labeled PICK UP

I ordered the New Promotion Sandwich but was given the wrong item. Because I had to return to work I could not bring the order back. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Peyton. He was rude, hung up twice, and kept me on hold for 10–15 minutes before speaking. When I asked for the corporate number and for help resolving the incorrect order, he was hesitant and unhelpful. I’ve been a customer and have never experienced service like this. I would like a replacement for the missed promotional sandwich or a refund for the order, and I want this manager’s conduct reviewed so other customers don’t face the same treatment.

Also, Anex provided amazing customer service—thank you for the great experience!
