  Ordered my food in the app. So I wouldn't have to wait. Got there, When it said it would be ready. Then watched them make food for 5 people who had just walked in before they started my order. Then stopped and had a conversation for another 5 minutes right after they toasted my sub. Long enough for the bread to get hard and the meatballs to get cold. Unorganized and unprofessional. Acknowledged how long I had been waiting with a sarcastic comment. Then apologized for being "unprofessional" in her own words, and then offered me A cookie like it was going to heat up my food and make it all better. I Looked at the overcooked unappetizing cookies, and just walked out.

  Very rude staff. Acts like it's a chore to serve customers. Stood in an empty store for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement no greeting. I enjoy the sandwiches here but I refuse to visit this Springtown,Texas location again.

  Place an online order. Waited nearly 25 minutes before it was ready. As I waited, I watched other customers come in, wait in line and make it through well before I got my order. Kind of defeats the purpose of online ordering.

  It would super cool if you actually unlocked the doors at the posted time on your door. Wild of me to come to the door when it says you’re open, even more wild for your employees look offended when they’re expected to open the door.
