So there fore we are having to wait over 15 minutes for orders. When is ok to start pre close in middle of dinner rush! This store needs serious help with management! I have never in 20 yrs of running corporate restaurants seen this behavior .
- NWN WDec 11, 20251.0Order incomplete. Usually is almost every time but if you try to check it before driving away you get scolded by the older man that "its all there and dont need to check it." Clearly customers do. Called the store to get credit for two missing and two incorrect items. The phone is answered, "Hold while I get a manager" and placed on the counter leaving the line open. No greeting or conversation just dropped and forgotten. 13+ minutes of listening to the staff conversations I finally gave up and hung up. I know expectation isn't extremely high being Taco Bell but I need refunded for my incomplete order so someone reach out. And you should probably teach phone etiquette and how to place a call on hold in your training. Thanks
- STStephanie ThomasDec 10, 20251.0Talking about taco bell in springtown texas AT NIGHT. The drive thru may be ok but waiting for food in dining room is terrible. Sometimes almost an hour. They concentrate on the drive thru. Im an Uber driver and go there almost every day and night. During the day the service in dining room is ok. Doordash and Uber are LOW priorities at night.

We were absolutely bummed out with our experience at this BRAND NEW location! The staff NEVER spoke to us, the food took way too long to get to us for fast food and it was friggin COLD. Even the cheese in the melt was falling out in cold shreds!! We will never be back!
