Almost 20 min later and some “manager” on duty Melissa, said they didn’t make it yet bc he hasn’t paid yet! Well duh! He was waiting for someone to pay! My husband just left without food after he was there for almost 25min. So sad the lack of customer service. I will be calling tomorrow to speak with the GM. Hope I have better luck. They just don’t care apparently.

Genuinely makes no sense I selected drive thru because I wanted to pick up at the drive thru not curbside pickup. If I hadn’t ordered ahead I wouldn’t care as much but I placed an order on the app ahead of time and you’re still gonna make me park and wait?? Come on Taco Bell i didn’t even order a abunch of food either just a regular order for 2 people I’ve had sit down restaurants get food out to me quicker than this hard to call this fast food anymore when it takes 20-30 minutes to get my food might as well just went out to eat.
