  I'm giving 3 stars because I have always had good experiences until tonight. I'm addicted to pizza here so I order often and tonight was the first time I complained because what I ordered which was my usual did not come the same as usual. The manager said "I weighed out the extra cheese" and said it doesn't qualify for remake. Generally when I order pizza I always get extra cheese thin crust and it's loaded and amazing. Tonight was a disappointment and when I called the manager had a passive attitude which displays customer satisfaction does not matter. He made the pizza himself to "standard" which is all that mattered to him. I can tell you whoever else throughout the week that cooks pizza does a way better job without skimping and claiming it's policy. A picture of how thin it was, it was also over cooked and dry. His passive attitude lost my business, I'll go to the other pizza places in the area. Which I'm sure he won't care because I'm only one customer. UPDATE: I responded to the owners email request and management called the following day. They definitely gave good service as a response. The management apologized which they didn't have to do and let me know that quality is a priority to them for the customer which I appreciate. I've only had one other issue at this location and the manager was very nice and fixed it right away. I appreciate them contacting me about the issue and I feel it was handled very well. I updated my previous review from a 3 star rating to a rating of 5 stars because the management could have ignored my issue as I am only one person but I felt they did a really good job rectifying the issue.

  Update: The owner/manager replies back and asks for one to send an email to an address he/she provided. I did so and NEVER received a response. Please do not go to this location! Go to Pizza Hut until this Domino’s franchise is under new management! I ordered an Ultimate pepperoni pizza with garlic Parmesan sauce banana peppers on the whole thing and onions on half. I got home and the pizza had no pepperoni, banana peppers on half and no sauce at all. I also ordered brownies. They were mostly batter and barely cooked. This was a carryout order so I had driven 25 miles round trip. I called and asked if they would make it correctly and deliver to me. They said they would but would charge me a gratuitous $5 delivery fee. I asked for the manager and asked for a good faith gesture to deliver a pizza as it was ordered at no cost to me. He would not, citing their policy, to which they were unwilling to make a $5 exception. This is not the first time they have messed up my order but never this badly. If you order from the Domino’s in Springtown, be sure to check your order and make sure your food is cooked before leaving. I will elect to go to the nearby Pizza Hut instead.

  30 minutes from the time I ordered till I picked it up It was like it was 3 days old So hard you could have made a knife out of it.....while I was there the guy cooking the pizza The pizza coming off the belt look like mine dine when I got home one block away, I'm absolutely 💯 % positive this dominoes and the owner don't care about there costumers at all, I only eat one meal a day, this 14 inch pizza went straight into the trash....
