Called 3 separate times in the span of an hour and half asking what could be done, continued to get the runaround. No call backs. Now I get a 10am call from the manager tomorrow morning for $8. When you mess up a customers order, they should get precedence over new orders coming in. There was none of that. I don’t need the $8, and I don’t want a phone call from the manager tomorrow on my day off. It’s the point I didn’t get what I paid for so either bring it to me or give me my money back without making it so difficult when you’ve already caused me so much heck. The staff was kind about it but they need to prioritize better.
