Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Save yourself the trouble and go to the location on 2920! Way friendlier staff and they make sure your food is right. The girl working the drive-through this location this evening (4/14 @1 AM) needs to be retrained in customer service.

I checked the bag to see if it was there. No sauce. I went thru drive thru and stated I ordered curbside and my taco did not have the jalapeno ranch sauce I ordered. The persons reply was, it doesn't come with it. My response was even when you order it. Then he said, oh, you ordered it. I said, would you like to see my receipt. He said, yes, pull around. Now, I'm waiting to get an item that should have come on my food after I prove I ordered it. Customer Service: Active listening...I stated what I ordered and the question was asked back to me as if it was an unknown. Quality Check: my time and effort was increased unnecessarily. Observation: Base customer service model training could have prevented this irritant.
