  A new employee Caliyah was so sweet and so attentive im so glad she served me although she made a few mistakes she made mainly good service and she is well trained I will certainly be coming back here.

  An older Hispanic male got my order wrong twice. When I went around the 2nd time, he said I didn't order chicken tenders. I said "You asked for my order. I said SMALL CHICKEN TENDERS & A SMALL FROSTY". He said "A small what?". I said "A SMALL FROSTY...A CHOCOLATE SHAKE!". He said "Anything else?". I said "DO YOU HAVE A GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH?". He said "No, only a fried one". I said "A FISH SANDWICH THEN". I pulled up to pay & he handed me ONE frosty & said "You need to pull over for the fish sandwich. My grandson, clearly visible in the seat beside me started in on the one frosty as we both thought our meals were being made & would come out together. I wanted MY frosty so I went around again in the drive through but he wasn't at the window. I had to wait for a female employee to ask her where my frosty was. She handed me one immediately. Then, I moved up to wait on our meals. A female employee brought out a bag. As my grandson looked in the bag, he said "There are no chicken tenders". I went back around AGAIN to ask. The male was back & said "I took your order". I said "I KNOW. WHERE ARE THE CHICKEN TENDERS?". He said that I never ordered them. (I should've made him repeat the order back as there was no screen up posting my order to see if he got it right). I said "I want to speak to someone who understands English or a manager". HE SLAMMED THE WINDOW SHUT. I'm reporting him to corporate also. Wed. March 12th around 3:50 p.m. at the Kuykendahl/ 2920 location. -DM

  Waited at the menu at the drive thru for 10 mins with no one else in line. The guy rushed me through my order by just say “what’s the drink” very rudely. Got home the burger is awful the patty had been setting all day and reheated every single burgers(4). The fries had been there all day too because they were stiff and cold. Do not recommend this location cause the staff is as bad as the food!
