    Neither employee could speak proficient in English. Very difficult to explain what we needed on the sandwiches for a place that required you to tell them all the topics you need on a sandwich. Do not recommend this location with their current employees.

    Literally ordered a ham sandwich on wheat with tomato, peppers, lettuce and mayo. Got home and had white bread with like 1 ounce of ham, no tomato or mayo. What a joke. Do better. This location is the worst.

    Placed a online order Sunday , got there to find out they had no bread , no bacon , and the cookies in the display was so old they was all crumbled , still haven’t received my refund , this is a nice area so workers should be top notch but the worker didn’t care at all the lettuce and stuff looked so old on the line I can’t believe this location manger allows this I’m definitely reporting to health department and BBB

    I have been calling for days trying to get a refund because I never received my food. Love subway but hate this location. Have an option to reach out to the staff and hr but isn’t even available and won’t pick up.
