I have been a loyal customer at this Subway location for over 4 years with zero issues—until this one day-shift employee started working here. Since then, this location has completely gone downhill. This is the only Subway near me, which is the only reason I kept coming back, but after THREE unacceptable experiences, I’m done.
The first visit was beyond ridiculous. My sandwich and receipt clearly said jalapeños and mayo, yet she put ranch and left off the jalapeños. When we politely asked her to fix it, she argued, gave attitude, and said customers only get “a little bit of each,” even though it was completely wrong. Then she escalated the situation, insulted us, and threw the wrapped sandwich on the ground. I reported it—and nothing was done.
The second time, I gave her another chance. Big mistake. She was openly rude and disrespectful, not just to us but to everyone. One customer literally walked out saying, “you don’t have to be so rude,” and she laughed at him. After he left, she called him an idiot. I also saw other customers walk out because of her behavior. That says everything about how this place is being run.
The third time, she still couldn’t get a simple order right and continued being unprofessional. She messed up the sandwich again by not putting banana peppers or onions. When we asked her to fix it, she said customers only get “four of each,” which makes no sense. On top of that, she mocked our voices while taking the order. It’s immature, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.
To make things worse, the food quality is disgusting. The sandwiches she made were nasty, and she wasn’t even wearing gloves while handling food. That is a serious health concern. We didn’t even eat what we paid for.
It’s honestly shocking that management has allowed this to continue. One employee has completely destroyed the reputation of this location. If nothing changes, I wouldn’t be surprised if more customers stop coming here.
I will never return, and I strongly suggest others think twice before coming to this location.
