  Got 2- $10 pizzas but had almost no topping. 2 or 3 extremely thin slices of pepperoni per slice. Almost all dough. That's not a bargain.

  I live on the same street and have a Pizza Hut account. My card is saved on file. I order from here on the nights that I have a ton of cases to go through as I work from home at night. They’re now under new management and somehow my order was placed under a cash order. I NEVER pay through cash. The manger refused to take my payment over the phone while the driver was standing there with my children’s dinner and told him “BRING IT BIKE!” So customers can call in and make an order over the phone, give their credit card information, and it’s okay. But I can’t give my credit card information as a regular customer whose card is actually saved on file?! The math is not mathing. New management is LAZY and just didn’t want to do it. I know that me no longer ordering from this store does not hurt them at all but I know that letting our community know to avoid fundraisers with them as far as I schools go does. Since Ms “bring it bike” wants to be petty I’ll be petty too. The driver was however a saint. Very professional and apologetic. Also the “bike” was not a spelling error. The lazy attitude having manager literally said “BRING IT BIKE” like she’s Plies little sister. If you know you know.

  This location advertises themselves to be open until midnight, but canceled my order at 11:26 PM because they were too busy…. It was a Tuesday night. I would think based on the current state of affairs with restaurants worldwide they would be willing to do whatever is necessary to provide exemplary customer service, be as profitable as possible and fill all orders. I sincerely apologize if my order that came in 40 minutes before closing time would have inconvenienced the employees that much. I have been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for a decades, but they won’t be receiving another dime from me.
