  Food never delivered she told me theyd cancel my orders and refund since the app defaulted twice to incorrect addresses but never did I'm reporting to all agencies now. I want my 80 dollars. I ended up driving up to the correct location and ordering in person,

  My name is Justin and I recently visited Pizza Hut in Texas on 251 interstate 45 and it was bad. The manager in there was struggling so bad. I over heard on the phone I guess with her GM trying to ask for more help. But no one was answering their phone or coming to help. Even though the young lady gave everyone their orders she was overwhelmed should no one be worked liked that. It was the light skin lady with the bump on her eye

  Honestly If it wasn’t for the night team this place and the general manager named Bessy gets a 1 star I’ve never came across a more inconsistent unprofessional lazy obnoxious person like her the audacity to call herself a manager and she lacks communication sense of urgency you can literally tell she doesn’t care about the satisfaction of her customers or cleanliness of the establishment I usually go with a friend to get food early and it’s always just nasty you can tell it’s not made with care nor fresh my friend went in to address the issue with her wings that tasted like burnt nasty oil (they didn’t even look appealing) and Bessy The general manager was rude and didn’t care and it’s not the first time, mind you we ordered ahead of time which says a lot !! So we go at night to avoid having to waste our money and deal with her shout out to the night crew Marco and night manager Tonisha for always making sure we are satisfied the establishment is cleaned and making our food with love! As for the general manager Bessy she should be fired and looked into because she is costing this store their customers and money and I’m pretty sure their workers as well !!!!
