  I placed an order and the delivery person brought me the wrong order. I had to call customer service and they said they were remaking the order. I tried to cancel, it had already been an hour and a half. They told me no, another driver already picked up the order. But then the new driver texted me and said it wasn't ready. 30 minutes later I get an on the way message. No apology, nothing. I am waiting for a 2 hour old pizza that may have been delivered to someone else. My husband was right, dont eat at Pizza Hut. There are too many quality pizzas out there. Worst customer service ever.

  Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. 2 hrs after placing an order, no one at this location can pick up the phone for an update. A call center answers and puts me on hold for 15 minutes while they attempt to contact. They could not contact the store or General Manager. The only solution they had was to place another order, with the same location!! I finally order food from somewhere else, and the pizza randomly shows up. Very rude delivery driver, and the order was incorrect and cold. The order was a large pepperoni and 8 lemon pepper wings…. I called for a refund and of course the call center cannot facilitate that. So the non responsive Pizza Hut location will email me. Safe to say I will never order from here again.

  Thank you, Brittany, for the outstanding service! Everything was served promptly and always with a great smile. You even got our complicated order completely correct, which we really appreciated. Honestly, this was some of the best service I’ve ever had. Loved the pepperoni pizza extra cheese and garlic!! 😊🍕

  Ordered carryout from this Pizza Hut and had a fantastic experience. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered, which already puts them ahead of the game. What really stood out was the manager, Britney. Even though it was a quick pickup, she was incredibly warm and friendly. You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys what they do, and that energy makes a difference, even in a short interaction. Great service, great food, smooth process from start to finish. I’ll definitely order here again! 🍕✨
