- KDKari DSep 15, 20243.0Every time I order on the app and it says it’s ready, It is never ready and I’m still waiting another 5-10 minutes for my order. The quality control needs to be checked. Multiple times I have received cream cheese that has been previously frozen as it is grainy and inedible. The iced coffee always tastes watered down. I no longer get it.

There was poo all over both toilets in the ladies room and no toilet paper. If that's where employees are going to relieve themselves, I want nothing to do with what comes out of the kitchen. They also didn't have decaf coffee as their carafe was broken & I had to wait 30mins for a cup of Joe. There was another fellow waiting for an order for WAY too long, too. What's up with Panera? The location on Luetta at Champions was clean and service-orientes, had items in stock last time I was there.
