  The employees have decided the posted hours of the dining room do not apply to them. Forcing customers to wait in the drive thru line at 930pm for a minimum wait of 20 minutes each and every night. Not a good experience at all!

  Such a horrible, horrible place. We ordered. The drive-thru person was short-tempered and seemed to not want to take our order. Then, in line, when I inquired about the cost, he just shrugged his shoulders. I asked why it was only $22 and some change for four meals, two adult and two kids meals, He just shrugged his shoulders again. after picking up the food they kept passing us food in three separate instances and ended it like we were done each time. She never said thank you, have a nice day, etc. Looking in the bag we were shorted a meal. Drove back around and informed the first guy again that we were short a meal, he just pointed to the next window. So again we had to wait in line. The girl didn't even ask why we came back through. She handed me a bag with a straw and an extra-large fries and shut the window. This was not my order. She then opened the window again and tried to hand me a drink. I gave her back the fries and told her we did not get our meal. She just said "you didn't get your meal?" and then shut the window. Nothing, not let me check, let me get the manager nothing. The next thing I know, some lady in a blue shirt opens the window with a receipt in her hand, says, " You didn't order, you didn't order. I told her yes, I did, I got my drink. She kept saying you didn't order. Here, look at your receipt. So essentially, the guy at the beginning who didn't act like he wanted to take my order, never took it or rang it in, and I'm the one they treated disrespectfully. I was only trying to get what I had ordered. So my family ate, and I didn't. Thanks, McDonald's, for being such a great place and for taking care of your customers. You obviously have this down pat...NOT.

  Si pudiera dar cero estrellas porque este Macdonald ha sido el peor De todos los q he visitado pedí un sandwich de pollo y m dieron 5 y m dice que yo ordene 5 y varias veces m repitió la orden según ella después m regresan la orden con un solo sandwich y las papas fritas jamás m las dieron el frappe que pedí traía una piedra de hielo que apenas podía tomarme el café que atención tan horrible la verdad

  Since transfer of ownership this place has had a change in atmosphere and customer service for the better. The food is tasty and doesn’t taste greasy but clean. I’m delighted it’s less than two minutes from my house and it’s a reliable go to.

  Dear McDonald’s at Champion Forest and 99: when a customer orders a double cheeseburger meal, fries and a drink - A cheeseburger with mayo and lettuce, fries and a drink - and a 10 piece nugget / Mac sauce / fries and a drink…this does not mean 2 burgers, a 10 piece nugget a handful of ketchup and an upside down(dumped out) SINGLE order of fries. Seriously EVERY TIME I have been here, through the drive thru, I get screwed and have to walk in anyway. Thanks for holding to an ongoing standard of disappointment! For better service, check out P-Terry’s across the street….way more bang for your buck in quality and service!
