  The rudest people are at this place—absolutely unprofessional. What a terrible atmosphere! Everyone there—starting with the manager—has a bad attitude. I do not recommend this place; if you can go to another McDonald's, you're better off going somewhere else.

  They talk loud and talk too much in the kitchen. Circus like atmosphere. Chicken strips were over cooked and were given only 10 French fries. Maybe if employees concentrated on their work quality would improve.

  I live right across the street from this location but I have to drive an extra 7 miles to the next location because this one is always closed around 3am the time I get off work and don’t open back up until 4am.. So annoying!!!

  Attempted to order breakfast today, sausage McMuffin meal and a sausage burrito à la carte, total was $11+, when I looked at my receipt, Gabriel had charged me for a EGG sausage McMuffin meal, when I called him to point out his error, he told me that that was what I ordered, I asked him to change the order and a African America female (what I presume to be a shift leader because no management skills were shown) proceeded to correct the order and give me a refund Meanwhile I can hear Gabriel in the back of the house telling the other coworkers that “This guy changed his mind at the last minute” and how I was the one that messed up I informed the shift leader that was doing the refund to handle Gabriel’s attitude and coach him on customer service, but she attempted to justify his behavior by stating “the reason he’s upset is because….” I immediately stopped her and told her to continue with the order change She eventually hands me 10 cents back and when I asked her why the cost was still too high she proceeded to tell me about “the system is not…” once again I stopped her and asked her for a full refund, which I got and got out of there Eventually went to Jack in the box up the street Wow, great example of poor customer service, McDonalds really need to train their staff a lot better and for what I can see on the reviews for this place, the service here is absolutely horrendous I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE NOT TO VISIT THIS MCDONALDS

  Generally avoid this mcdonalds specifically but the one night I go they skimp a whole sandwich. Reminded me why I dont go here.
