  it was bad the short hair manager and the other employee at the window were being a bit too rude to me and to another customer and our requests were the most simple of all i'm talking buying a cup and buying a sauce will not be coming back here for sure

  It’s such a hassle ordering from here. I placed my order online for me to pick up. 3 not 1 but 3 of my items were missing!!! The reason I did not check before driving off 1 because the cashier was rude (Good Friday) me trying to keep having a great day. 2 I was babysitting special needs children and had them in the vehicle desperate to get home and eat. Plus it was a rainy day!!! No reason for me to drive all the way back. My order should have been right in the first place. Come to find out getting home and finding chicken nuggets missing, a French fry order missing, 1 drink, no sauces & no straws!!!!!!!! Rude customer service too! Not worth the hassle coming here.

  Order in the app food still not ready. Having to wait at a 3rd window for 5-10 EXTRA minutes is wild. And also you guys need to get like chick fil a and add cones around your driveway so that people don’t enter exits and get in the way of the drive through

  Order ahead from app and still have to wait for an unreasonable time for food while watching cars and cars behind me get their food and left. Reverse car back to honk at them then i see they have the "ooh" look on their face. I ask why for the wait, and they said it take 7mins to make crispy chicken sandwich. Yes we waited alot more than 7mins with order ahead from app too. I guess all people behind me order fried only like the lady work there tell me thats y they come after but all got their food but not me for buying chicken sandwich

  Ni una estrella se merecen! Pésimo servicio no me anotaron un pedido, al momento de solicitarlo nuevamente querían que me diera la vuelta otra vez por drive thru, además pedí papas fritas y ni ketchup’s añadieron…. La mánager de las 3:00 pm no sabe resolver! Esto fue demasiado molesto
