- RMRay MillerApr 13, 20261.0SHAME on you floral manger LEXI I brought flowers (9.99$) 3 days ago and misplaced my receipt and it turned into a hole conniption when I asked for the flowers to be a honored by the guaranteed fresh, I had to go through 3 different mangers before I was taken care of because she accused me of not buying them from Heb like I’m a crazy person. Her exact words “I’m the floral manager and I will NOT do it” that’s absolutely crazy to treat customers that way I told her I would present my ID and debit card. It was purchased with and even after the manger higher than her approved the refund, she still tried to fight people like Lexi is what leaves bad prints in your stores customer service .

Whoever they have picking up the orders in store is not diligent and they give you rotten fruit and already opened bags of produce. I have had to call in and get a refund for my last 4 orders and I have also requested the manager reach out and they never do. Will never come back here again. Absolutely disgusting.
