The store is usually well-stocked, and I can find everything I need in one trip. However, I do not appreciate the customer service at the self-checkout area. There have been multiple times where I’ve had to prove I have 10 items or less, which feels unnecessary and uncomfortable. I shouldn’t have to justify my item count just to use self-checkout, and it makes the experience feel inconvenient and unwelcoming. I think this could be handled in a more respectful and customer-friendly way. Customers should feel trusted and comfortable while shopping. Improving the approach at self-checkout would make a big difference in the overall experience.

A lady had a barking dog in the store that created some type of accident that needed cleaning. This wasn't a service animal but a dog in a baby stroller. Please 🙏keep the animals out the store unless it is a service animal. Some people still enjoy peaceful grocery shopping.

This location felt welcomed, and the staff were friendly which made a great first impression. This location also offers a wide variety of products, including fresh products, quality meats, bakery items, and ready to meals. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality. Something else I notice about this store is how they made it easy to find all my needs. I went in expecting a normal grocery shopping experience, but H-E-B consistently goes above and beyond. The combination of cleanliness, product quality, and customer service made the experience better than I anticipated. This location is also very close to my house which is convenient. Overall, my expectations exceeded and I will definitely continue shopping at this location and would highly recommend it to others. It has become my go to grocery store because of the consistent quality, great prices, and overall positive shopping experience. Every visit reinforces why I keep coming back. I’m definitely leaving a five start review.
