I called the restaurant about 15 minutes in advance and placed my order over the phone. I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived in the parking lot a few minutes after placing the call and waited in my vehicle to give them extra time. Once the 15 minutes had passed, I went inside expecting to simply pay and pick up my food. Instead, I was told my order was in the system but had not been prepared. The explanation given was that phone orders are not started until payment is made because some customers don’t pick them up. This defeats the entire purpose of calling ahead and is a complete waste of people’s time.

We get wingstop every single day and I mean every day and there’s always something wrong without fail we’ve tried door dash, uber eats, call in and in store order and there’s always something wrong. This time I’m literally in the store watching them make it and I tried to stop them from making a mistake on my food and they literally looked at me then at each other laughed and continued to make my order wrong right in front of me I’m super nice and passive but it only goes so far I will no longer be coming to this establishment I will drive the extra couple miles to get a correct order
