( $27.00) instead of $25.00 for 2 six piece meals, and did NOT recieve them WET at all.. very disappointing, ( we were also quoted $24.00 otp, which turned to $27 at checkout which was a switch and bait ) on top of the fast that I lost money and they refused refund becuase no manager was present when i called in, and told me come back next day. I called the restaurant about 15 minutes in advance and placed my order over the phone. I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived in the parking lot a few minutes after placing the call and waited in my vehicle to give them extra time. Once the 15 minutes had passed, I went inside expecting to simply pay and pick up my food. Instead, I was told my order was in the system but had not been prepared. The explanation given was that phone orders are not started until payment is made because some customers don’t pick them up. This defeats the entire purpose of calling ahead and is a complete waste of people’s time.
