- KWKev WilliamsDec 21, 20251.0Ordered dinner last night. When I got there, there were at least 10 people waiting and everyone was very angry. People had been waiting 45-60 minutes. After I waited 35 minutes, I asked if I could cancel as I couldn’t wait any more. The kitchen staff started using profanity and dropping the “N word” over and over. They were opening talking negatively about the customers being upset and waiting. The man at the fryer said he was working on my food now and I stepped aside to wait. After hearing the things they were saying, I didn’t trust them to not do something to my food so I again asked to cancel. No one could cancel or refund so I ended up leaving and disputing the charge with my bank. I couldn’t believe the things I heard in there from the staff. I felt so bad to the younger kid at the register because you could tell he was so over it. I also heard the group of cooks bullying the guy bagging. The behavior and cleanliness was atrocious. For perspective - I worked at a different Wingstop for six years so I get it. I will never ever go back here and honestly, the health department needs to go. I’ve worked superbowls with shorter wait times than last night. Embarrassing for the ages of their employees to be acting this way.
