  I placed the order at 4.30 to pickup at 6.30 and your online app said that it was ready for pickup. Upon getting to the store there was no order ready for me. They said that the received too many order and they don’t when it will be ready. I went home hungry without my food. They took a picture of my order and said that they will process a refund in 5-7 days. It was chaos at the store and too many people. Poor order management. There is no notification from WINGSTOP that there’s going to be a delay. Had I know I wouldn’t have placed the order and wasted my trip in the middle of the game.   I went to this location and ordered food to dine in. This is the first time I had a bad experience here. The lady Rose was super nice and friendly when she took my order. When I got my food I opened it to check it because I ordered a new flavor. I then said, " oh, I didn't know it was wet. I thought it was a dry rub". I tried it and it was kinda spicy. All this happened while I was standing in front of Rose ( employee ). I asked her can I switch my two tenders for two regular tenders because the flavor was kinda spicy. She told me yes, if you pay for it. I asked her can she refund me, since she didn't want to exchange the tenders. She told me no and started speaking Spanish to the other workers. She looked at me and said, " I need to call my manager". I waited about 10 minutes while she contacted her manager on the phone. Meanwhile, the other workers are just standing and looking and texting on their phone. This could have been handled so much better. Sometimes people create their own problems over small situations. I ended up getting a refund, but it could have been solved by just swapping the tenders for regular tenders. Poor customer service!!!

  I have no idea why this location is still in business. There are so many comments regarding their service and laziness of the staff. I placed an order on today and it was confirmed. The dasher showed up and wingstop staff canceled the order. They stated it didn't show in the system. That could not be possible because it was confirmed by the system. Then the staff stated it just showed up on the screen while we we're talking. Like so many others said they are sitting around and not doing what they are paid to do. In addition to that I had to ask to speak to a manager to get a refund due to the person I was talking to saying take it up with my bank. Avoid this location at all costs. In the end I never received my order!

  i love wingstop, the food is always good; but the service? horrible. i put in an order at 1:35 and ready for pickup at 2:15. i send my husband to get it and they’re all sitting down and said “what order?” when they get up and look at the screen they said “ohhh”. i wanted it ready at that certain time for a reason and nobody wants to do their job. no work ethic? THEN DONT WORK?!
