The order placed and I paid with no warnings about closing. When I get to the drive thru all lights are on but no one at the speaker. I pull up to the window and see the frosty machine draining. The employee (a woman on shift) literally goes directly to the back of the kitchen when she sees us in the window. Does not come out despite seeing us. Another employee is sitting at the table in the front with his hat pulled down over his face watching us and doing something on his phone. I was hoping if some things were already clean we could get part of the order and the rest cancelled or if nothing was available I could atleast cancel the order. Instead I was literally ignored. I called my bank to dispute and cancel the order because the employees decided to ignore me and atleast say they decided to clean and close early. Appalled by the service, clear to me how much the workers on shift cared to serve anyone.
