No one came to the cash register and I stood there ignored for about 5 minutes and then when they took my order, I waited 20+ minutes and it never came out. When I got up to complain, there were three employees in the back sitting and chatting while ignoring me. Finally, I decided to use the toilet and leave without my food since I had to get somewhere on time, and the single stall was broken. TLDR: only use the drive thru or don’t come at all. I’m doing the second option from now on

I get overcharged, and they keep putting oreos in it. I don't notice until I'm home or back at work. Other than that, the food is good but ridiculously overpriced in general. The drive thru is very nice and efficient.

I live close, so I decided to go back for the missing items. Any time you have an order that includes chicken nuggets, it's supposed to come with your choice of sauce. When I pointed out my choice, they wanted to charge me. And all 3 of the drinks had about 2 inches of empty space on top.
