  If I could give zero stars for service and atmosphere, I would. This location flat-out lies about sauce and skimps on fries and drinks. You can ask, “Is my kid’s nugget sauce in the bag?” and they’ll go, “Oh yeah, yeah!”—and there’s nothing in there. This has happened over and over. Today I finally checked before driving home. Again, no sauce. So I went inside, and the woman tells me, “ONLY ONE SAUCE PER FOUR NUGGETS.” I said, “A kids’ meal is four nuggets. This location constantly forgets my kid’s sauce, so honestly, you owe me about ten.” She huffs, rolls her eyes, and finally hands ONE sauce over, as if it comes out of her check, SPARE ME. Why am I spending $17 on an adult meal and a kids’ meal just to argue with someone over a sauce packet? I’m the idiot. I even went to Wendy’s directly to file a complaint, and all they said was, “We’ll let the franchisee know.” Clearly they don’t care—just look at the reviews. Save yourself the headache and go 100 yards down the road to Chick-fil-A, where they get your order right and don’t short you on fries or sauce. This location is awful, and I’m done trying with them.

  The only reason I come to this particular Wendy's is because it's near my home. I ordered the same salad for 2 weeks straight & they got my order wrong each time. It was very frustrating especially when it's only a salad 🥗 . I would definitely choose a different location if I felt like driving the distance.

  This place has been going downhill for a while now. I give it a few months in between and every time I come back to try it, it gets even worse. I don’t know who does the hiring but whoever they hire just doesn’t care about quality control. It’s a shame because I used to love Wendy’s and would go there at least once a week. Now I will never come to this location again. It’s the weirdest by far of any of the ones I’ve been to, and it only keeps getting worse.

  Girl at the window wouldn't give us bbq because it cost 50 cents. I get they need their profits but not filling up my fries is ripping me off. So choose one or the other, no both. Food was cold.

  Usually I use the drive thru and there’s no issues, but I recently went inside to sit down to eat and use the restroom. No one came to the cash register and I stood there ignored for about 5 minutes and then when they took my order, I waited 20+ minutes and it never came out. When I got up to complain, there were three employees in the back sitting and chatting while ignoring me. Finally, I decided to use the toilet and leave without my food since I had to get somewhere on time, and the single stall was broken. TLDR: only use the drive thru or don’t come at all. I’m doing the second option from now on
