I placed a curbside order, I sat in my car waiting for 20 mins while working on my laptop. I finally get out my car and go inside to see what is taking so long for my food. The man at the counter says someone tried to bring your order out to you. Mind you I have been in my car hadn’t gone anywhere. He shoves the food across the counter to me and I shake the now watery smoothie and only then does he offer to remake the smoothie. This is not the first time I have had issues ordering curbside here but this was my worst experience. Not sure I will be back, think I’ll try Jamba Juice going forward.
