  My husband and I decided to celebrate our son's 6th birthday there. Our server Cash made this event special as he made every effort to make our time there as special as possible. We reserved to 2 bays 215 and 216 For 2 hrs. Kudos to Cash for his attentiveness to our table. If it wasnt for him this review would have been a 1 star. My dissopointment comes from the rest of the crew there. For parents to spend $300 plus for 2 hours for their child's birthday and watch our waiter beg the other waiters to help him give our son a shout out is underwhelming. Every waiter nodded no to him even though they were standing around doing nothing. Even a (young lady with glasses) pink shirt said no to him and it is my understanding they are management of some sort. He asked people for about 5 mins walking around helplessly. It was a disappointing scene to say the least and see no effort from other Top Golf representatives. Nonetheless, Cash came out with full strength and did as loud and energetic shout out to my son. He even lied to excuse others not joining him and said they were busy. They were not. Thank you Cash for that. To Top Golf management, do better. Customers watch what goes on around and notice where their money goes and this will be the last time I spend my money at Top Golf. Parents, please take your children elsewhere for a birthday celebration. You'll spend less and you won't witness an underwhelming crew of workers. Chili's does more for a lot less!

  My first time there and it was super fun! Love the concept, the food, & drinks too. All the servers were nice and attentive. But shout out to Kennedy for being super awesome with us and answering all our questions since we were noobies. I can’t wait to be back!

  I don't play golf, but the Lord brought me in here to relax, enjoy panoramic views at the bar while having a beverage, and to chitchat with Donovan about finding God, building faith and learning the word.   We had a great experience at Topgolf Spring today, and Savannah truly made it memorable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive the entire time we were there. Even when we had to leave earlier than expected, she went out of her way to help us and made sure everything was handled smoothly. She never made us feel rushed and still kept the experience positive and enjoyable until the very end. Savannah’s professionalism and genuine care really stood out — she turned what could’ve been stressful into a great experience. Huge shoutout to her for excellent service!

  Went to top golf for the first time and had so much fun. We got food, drinks and watched the games for hours at the bar. My server was very attentive and friendly. She kept checking in on us every few mins so I never had an empty glass. She was able to explain their promotions and the menu very well to me considering I’ve never been here before. Was very patient and I’d comeback just to sit in her section. The server’s name was Savannah and she was amazing! Made my date night a blast :)
