- PFPRINCE FochorDec 22, 20251.0This is my second visit in the past month and unfortunately, the service and food quality have not been consistent. On this visit, I encountered several issues: Food Quality: The pancake was dry, and the bacon looked unappealing, as if it had been sliced off the pig and served directly. Cleanliness: The bathroom needed attention, and there was a lack of cleanliness throughout the dining area. Service: Servers seemed overwhelmed and were given no apparent help from the management. I observed three managers in black shirts simply standing around doing nothing while the servers struggled. Beverages: The Caramel Mocchiato tasted more like water and sugar, lacking the rich flavor I've come to expect. Management Response: When I brought these issues to the attention of the manager/GM, they responded in a passive-aggressive manner. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. I understand that days can be busy, but the lack of attention to detail and the decline in standards were noticeable and disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could look into these issues and take appropriate action to improve the overall dining experience.

I politely asked if my order was rudely told by the lady at the bar “when the order is ready you’ll see it here” then sat for 15 min Only for the order to be right in front of her the whole time because I saw another dasher come and pick it up. Please be more empathetic to door dashers.. horrible service and experience.
- LLL LawrenceDec 14, 20255.0Enjoyed my breakfast. Gave it a 4 because my eggs were over easy not over medium. Pancake was as big as the plate. Hash brown casserole was very good. Server "Chance"was so pleasant and attentive., I'll rate him a 10. I will return to dine here again.
