I’ve had a long day from work and wanted to get something to eat. My order was literally made to perfection with care and the customer service I received from ASHARI was outstanding! She helped me with ordering my chalupas and got me a better deal that saved me money. TIMES ARE HARD OUT HERE 😭🥹. She was so friendly and welcoming. This 5 star review not only goes to ASHARI but it goes to the night crew as well. I believe that her team is a reflection of her ability to manage and proof that the night crew definitely gets the job DONE! I’ve come to many locations where I’m not even talked to at the window, it’s just me holding my payment and the worker just takes my money and hands me my food. I’ve managed fast food restaurants in the past and have been part of the night crew. This experience took me back down memory lane and reminded me of all those shifts we made the best out of. The simple act of just being kind to one another is what the world needs that right now. KUDDOS TACO BELL SPRING!! I will definitely be back. 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Chicken trips and fries were overcooked so much that we only had a bite and threw away. The tacos were good, must be that it can't be burned. Even their new Agua Fresca was more water than fruit flavor.

Jordan answered and had the best customer service, told me they were waiting to service us and come on in. Felt like I was talking to an old friend. Of course when I arrived at the store the staff greeted us with a warm smile. And you could hear the employees getting along and laughing, enjoying their shift. Jordan delivered our food to our table and made sure we had all the things we needed. The store looks great and staff was great! Thank you for finishing off a great night!
