  I came by after work today excited about the Volcano Sauce. Excitement quickly faded when it turns out they forgot my Crunchy Taco Supreme, which was supposed to the V Sauce, and two other items where they decided to put creamy garlic instead of volcano and it was NOT good on those items. They appeared to "try to make up for it" by throwing an extra side of volcano sauce instead of actually making right. If I had been stuck in traffic for over an hour, I would've driven back to have it corrected, but now it seems I need to pick up in store and have them fix everything they mess up, because this is not the first time it happened at this new location, something similar literally happens Everytime but I let it slide cuz they are new, but now it's getting ridiculous and this mess up really took the cake. And the volcano sauce is still not what it was back in the day, just spicy mayo again, so all around, I am bummed and not only choosing Taco Bell, but choosing this one.

  Mario is great, he’s friendly & helpful. He spent time to help us to order the right dishes for our style. Taco Bell is lucky to have Mario as their employee

  This place need some friendly workers. Rude and lazy 😴 Ordered online still had to wait 45 min for food just 4 items 😑

  Good lord the service SUCKS here 😒 I ordered my food at 6:57pm and was given a pick up time of 7:08pm. My order which was 2 burritos and a chicken cantina bowl with a drink took a whopping 35+min plus to make. Customers that ordered at the window and at the counter were getting their food way before me. Conveniently when I tried canceling the order that apparently never showed in their system according to the useless manager on duty it was suddenly being prepared and couldn’t be canceled anymore. Wasted my freaking time and money for lukewarm and half assed made food.

  EDIT: The build your own luxe box is no longer available at this location on the app? I'm not fond of the current luxe box options and TBH the BYO luxe box is a major draw to Taco Bell because of the savings. I may not frequent this location as much as I thought I would because of this. New Taco Bell! Heck yea! service was friendly and the portions were great! However, I requested no sour cream on my crunch wrap and they also removed the tomatoes (I wanted those 😭) and they accidentally put chipotle sauce on my cheesy bean & rice burrito when it shouldve been creamy jalapeño. But alas, these guys are new, so I look forward to coming back! Woot woot.
