This place is horrible I would drive to another place to give them my money they are very cheap they would charge you extra money if you want more sauce you could have a big burrito and they would give two tiny packets of sauce for your item I would recommend not giving money to this place I would be not surprised if this place shuts down since they are being extra cheap than the other locations

My first time stopping here. I ordered 1 item on the app. I went in, and nobody was eating inside. I walked up to the counter and the employee just stood back and said Someone will be with you. I waited about 5 minutes just standing there. Then the same employee came back and handed me my order that had been sitting there.

I come here very often. My parents have taken me here ever since its opened. Ive been dissapointed how things have devolved and I think today was the final straw. I've ordered in person and online orders and I can safely say I'm moving on to a different location.
Everytime I order a pick up order and come inside to pick it up, it always takes FOREVER for anybody to acknowledge me. I order ahead so when I get there, I don't have to wait as long for the food. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering online if by the time it takes for someone to help me out I couldve already placed an order in person and had it out. The drive through is minimally better since youre always taking a gamble if theres a line ahead of you. What makes it worse is that everytime, I SEE my food across the counter, but they dont have a pick up station like most other fast food places have. So instead I have to wait for either someone working in the line, or the drive through employee to notice me- which is rare since they are at the drive through register.
Ive also seen how elderly customers have been affected by all the automation and AI taking over. Im a huge fan of kiosks but theyve completly replaced the entire human aspect. None of the employees acknowledged people standing at the counters, even when the kiosks are not working. Ive had to help and elderly pair place an order and even I couldn't do anything because the system was glitched. It took so long for anybody to even come and acknowledge them.
The only reason I still kept coming back was because I could atleast tolerate it, and once they did get to me they atleast werent rude. My orders would NORMALLY come back correct. Today changed that. I came in after I ordered the usual and ofcourse I was left standing underneath the mobile order sign for awhile. I usually try to look at my phone or away to not unintentionally make the employees feel pressured. I used to work in fast food so I understand the struggles of dealing with rude customers and I always do my best to always be very friendly and express gratitude. I was glancing around to see if anybody was even paying attention. The nearest one was pretending to be busy (Ive been around it alot) and finally when we made eye contact I had to ask for my food. He THREW my food onto the counter and kept walking away to the other side and didnt even bother to give me my drink. I work night shift so at this point its making me run late. I kept waiting there for someone to help me but NOBODY came. I had to ask one of the employees who barely just clocked in to help me get my drink. When I finally got to eating my food it was cold and the cinnamon twists were RANCID with NO cinnamon. The oil must have been incredibly burnt or they must have spilled something in it because the cinnamon twists I had were completly inedible. I asked my coworkers to try and and they agreed with me.
I love taco bell, and I really did give this place chance after chance after chance for YEARS. But the service has become awful, the work system is inefficient, and the human aspect has been completly stripped. This could be fixed if they either had someone dedicated to take care of dine in customers and mobile orders, instead of offload that responsibility to the drive through person, or if they ACTUALLY HAD A PICK UP SPOT. As far as the rancid oil, they really needed to have some quality assurance or better health safety practices. I would have put up with either the bad food or the bad service but the years of neglect and both of those things was just too much.
Please go to the taco bell down Champion Forest instead, its close enough to there where the little extra drive is WORTH the better quality. Your food will be edible and the people there will actually treat you human. The address is 20232 Champion Forest Dr, Spring, TX 77379
TRUST ME, you are much better off here.
