The place appeared dirty, and I observed clear signs of cross-contamination, which is a serious violation of food safety standards. The staff member on duty didn’t greet me or offer assistance, but I went ahead and placed an order anyway. I specifically asked for avocado (which I know costs extra), and was disturbed to see that the same utensil used for the avocado was also being used to handle other ingredients like lettuce—everything was mixed together. This lack of proper hygiene was unsettling, and to make matters worse, the employee remained silent and said nothing the entire time. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I hope management addresses these issues promptly

It’s so nice inside and Todd made us some phenomenal sandwiches! The atmosphere was great and the restrooms were clean, which is always a plus!
