- NKNatasha KweenNov 16, 20251.0I walked into a nightmare! Alex!The coworker was very rude and has long hair and wears no net he doesn’t talk to you and won’t allow you to pick your drinks! He rushes and doesn’t listen to anything that you are asking for! When he told me stop wasting his drinks I didn’t understand what he was complaining about and decided I didn’t want it to refund it I almost refunded my entire meal but because I was purchasing for my kids I kept the food after this experience I’ll never step in this establishment ever again which is sad it’s down the street but for better service I’ll go to another location first! I spend a lot for horrible service! I felt discriminated.

If this place wasn’t at the beginning of my neighborhood, I wouldn’t order from here. We usually order via the website, but that shouldn’t matter, as they always leave something off my sandwich.

I was having trouble ordering off the menu and asked if they could wait, and pleasantly he said yes and he even avoided eye contact to make the situation more comfortable I think, and when I said I was ready, he was full on ready and ran through easily without any complications. He was able to recall specific prices, and multitask with other costumers. Awesome work
