  Ordered online, arrived on time. Order not ready. Continued to take walk in orders. Owner was there with employees then decided to leave and not help with orders.

  Not everybody in this world speak Spanish That's all they talk to you is in Spanish over there get some English speaking people their service sucks

  I usually don’t give reviews, but this is ridiculous. This is the third time I’ve ordered the Foot-longPhilly cheesesteak. This is the third time I’ve asked for either additional half protein or double protein and this is the third time I seem to have gotten less than what would normally have gone on a regular 6 inch. It looks like they took the meat from a normal 6 inch sub and spread ot out on a foot long. I don’t see why the need to be so stingy when I paid for the extra and got less than the norm. Unfortunately, this is an order place for delivery, so I couldn’t stand there and watch to make sure they did it right, However, they receive the specific instructions electronically. Can they not read or is it the Store policy to rip off delivery orders?

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered on the app and got a 6in Philly. The first bite was all bread (which is untasted when I requested a toasted), PINCHES of veggies (literally 2 pickles and 2 sliver of onion. I asked for LESS subkrunch and it was like they poured the entire container in my sandwich. The quality of this place has died completely. And from the other reviews I can see I’m not alone. Terrible terrible terrible.

  ordered a tuna sandwich from there today it was awful bread was hard like day old bread, crumbling, falling apart, barely any tuna or veggies on the sandwich very disappointed it’s not the normal subway sandwich that I get in any other store. This store was horrible. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of ordering it online so I wasn’t there to watch it being made or I would’ve said something. Do not use this store. They don’t care about the customers and their product is awful. Other subways are good. This one is awful.
