- RPrakesh patelNov 25, 20251.0Worst customer service by the manager Cecilia and the guy making my sandwich, I ordered a footlong veggie and he charged me for 2 6inches all because I got different veggies on both sides,he stated oh its because you got different toppings, I have worked at a subway before, and I understand if there is different meats, the guy argued with me and then spoke to manager on phone and then he stated this is the last time we can do this, he showed no professionalism or anything,worst subway ever

They only had one guy working and he wasn't being very efficient with customers (the guy in front of me complained about being skipped twice). My complaints are that the guy working forgot to cut my sandwich in half, so I had to go back and ask him to cut it. Most places also offer free cups of water, but when I tried asking for a water cup, he charged me for a soda. Overall, not a good experience.
