He greeted me as soon as I walked in & said he would be right with me. (There were 2 people ahead of me & he was backed up with pick-up orders/door dash) I am a bartender & I know all too well how impatient people can be especially when it's busy & orders keep pilling in. Norman was fast & his attitude was 5 stars. He made my experience great! Watch out Subway...... I might have to offer him a job as a barback. He really is a great employee & y'all are lucky to have him.
