Ordered food from the subway website and there was an option for delivery. I choose delivery since I figured I can get things done around the house while I wait. Order came in and i'm messing half of my order. Come to find out DoorDash made the delivery, I immediately try to make contact with dash and was told to take it up with the store because the transaction went through them. So I drove up to subway and explained that I'm messing my order and handed the manager what I did get. She threw it away and said I'll need to talk to doordash for a refund. So now I have no food at all because the messing food on delivery and the manager threw the other portion away. All the while im still out of 52 dollars. While at the store I got door dash on the phone and all three of us had a long talk about where the money went. At the same time I look up my bank statement and it shows Subway as the merchant handling the transaction. So basic I got screwed out of 52 dollars because the manager refused to take any accountability. Either remake the food or issue a refund but instead she choose to steal my money and not do either. These people are crooks in my book but I will be filing a dispute with my bank. Didn't think they were hurting for money that bad!!! This subway is complete trash for the way they try and handle there customers. Never again!!!!

Ladies here at night don't seem to like their job. No smiles no greeting etc. I won't be returning

Only come at night.
I give the evening crew, especially the young Hispanic dude 5 stars. Don't bother coming during the day. Day crew is all women with weird attitudes that don't put effort into the food. You can literally taste the difference in the food during the day and evening.

Apparently subway isn't above deleting reviews. Coming back to rewrite the situation as close to my original review as I can. I got a bowl instead of a sandwich and got charged $27+. I did order extra meat but instead of charging me double protein ($4) she charged me EXTRA per meat. Not amount of meat, but per type of meat. So she charged me double protein 4 or 5 times instead of once.
Not only was her attitude subpar, but to take advantage of the situation....what a gross thing to do. Waiting for subway to make it right or I will have my bank handle things and report to the BBB

Claudia is the reason I gave 5 stars. Her customer service is amazing. She's kind with an amazing attitude unlike the other employees that are usually here when I stop by. Claudia is a breath of fresh air because so many people working in food places have the worst attitudes for no reason! Im glad I met Claudia.
