- CCcatherine cooperDec 30, 20251.0The woman who took care of me looked at me when I walked in , and told the guy she didn’t want to take my order then when he didn’t come to me so .. She walked up to me and was texting on her phone and wouldn’t even talk to me, but once she was done texting she looked up and said what do you want.. she was rude to me and made me feel unwelcome. When a man walked in as she was toasting my bread she said hello to him. I’m not understanding why there was a difference in service. At the end she checked me out laid the receipt down and walked away completely ignoring my existence. Didn’t know this is the type of customer service Subway has to offer. Came in at 11:44 p.m on 12/30. Won’t be coming back

The food quality is poor, the prices are high, and they won’t give you a cup for water (unless you pay for a soft drink). Taking my money elsewhere, and you should too. Oh. I almost forgot, make sure you brush up on your Spanish because the employees don’t speak English here. Bienvenido a Subway! Rest in peace. Man, I used to love the now nearly $10 Spicy Italian. Sad.
