Forgot to put the chees in the ultimate meat and "CHEESE" burrito and no salsa packs in the bag. Dryest damn sonic burrito ever. Do better next time and I'll recind this.

Yall should be ashamed of yourselves. It’s one thing to make an honest mistake, but to continue making mistakes even after being asked if “EVERYTHING IS CORRECT FOR THE ORDER?”Just wow! If an order has an ADDITIONAL ITEM (I.e. corn dog) added to an already added CORN DOG KIDS MEAL; why would you proceed to state the order is correct when it’s obviously NOT. That additional corn dog is still missing. Customer service and satisfaction has really gone downhill. This issue has persisted more than I’d like on several occasions. Taking the phone off the hook is prime example of why I’m leaving this very review. Please do better at this location.

They gave me the food burnt and frozen inside I was told me I don't have an order to that name I had to show them so that they would make my order which I was more than the time it makes me angry that the night shift manager does not do his job well and is aware of his orders online
