  I used to love this fast food chain when we first moved to the area, but about five or six years ago, the quality deteriorated. I’ve tried it once or twice in the last couple of years and it is awful And tonight was the worst food I’ve ever had. I will not go back.

  The hop was nice, I’ll give them that. But buying a medium dragonfruit lemonade and taking 4 sips before the drink is completely gone because the cup is filled with ice is diabolical. I was super disappointed when I realized I paid $4 for a cup of ice.

  Great location! Quick friendly service! The order taker I think his name was Trey/Tyler came out to greet me at my car and Even made me a custom lemon Milkshake! Always great service. Even when it’s busy, you still get your food quick and not just thrown together like some other locations. You can drive-through or push button for carry out. Or have a meal sitting outside at the provided table and chairs. You can pay on the screen or pay the person that comes out with your food. It’s very nice. I still wish they wore rollerskates though.
