  I want to give a huge shoutout to JAY at Sonic for truly outstanding service! Right from the start, his tone was warm, clear, and welcoming. When he took my order, he was incredibly professional, patient, and even offered great sauce recommendations. And when he brought my food out to the car wow. Jay was absolutely lovely. So friendly, funny, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. This is the kind of customer service you remember because it’s so rare these days. He really made my visit feel special. My only complaint is that the outside order machine wasn’t working, because I absolutely would have left him a tip. I don’t carry cash, so I couldn’t give him what he truly deserved. Please fix the outside machines because employees like Jay should be able to receive tips for the phenomenal work they do. Thank you, Jay, for the excellent service you truly made my day!
