Multiple times I have received cream cheese that has been previously frozen as it is grainy and inedible. The iced coffee always tastes watered down. I no longer get it.

They also didn't have decaf coffee as their carafe was broken & I had to wait 30mins for a cup of Joe. There was another fellow waiting for an order for WAY too long, too. What's up with Panera? The location on Luetta at Champions was clean and service-orientes, had items in stock last time I was there.
